The date on which a message was 'Received'/'Sent', as well as 'Flag' settings, 'Importance' and presence of 'Attachments' can also play a role in building your filing rules.

Combinations of the above conditions can be used to implement your more advanced filing requirements.

When multiple conditions are defined, a message must satisfy everyone of these conditions for it to be filed.
