Powerful, Intuitive
Email Filing Solution For Your "Inbox" and/or "Sent Items"
Messages.
Target User:
Individuals that want a complete solution to the difficult task of filing
their email messages.
Email Filing Wizard will assist
you in routinely moving messages from your Inbox folder and/or
Sent Items folder to other selected email folders within your MS
Outlook** environment. Email Filing Wizard provides filing
facilities well beyond MS Outlook's Rules Wizard.
File your "Inbox" and/or
"Sent Items" Messages.
- ... File "Inbox"
messages that have already been read or messages waiting to be
read. You can also file your "Sent Items"
messages.
-
Build a
database of as many email filing rules as you
need.
- ... We use a Microsoft
Access database to store your rules, so store as many as you need.
You can maintain filing rules for both your "Inbox" and "Sent Items"
folders.
-
You can have Email Filing
Wizard process your messages on command or on a specified timing
interval.
-
Unlike
MS Outlook's Rules Wizard, Email Filing Wizard allows you to perform the
filing of messages in your "Inbox" after you have finished reading
them.
- ... After you have
finished your normal email processing, just instruct Email Filing Wizard
to clear your "Inbox" for you.
-
Unlike
MS Outlook's Rules Wizard, Email Filing Wizard allows you
to file the messages in your "Sent Items"
folder.
- ... It is often
beneficial to keep all of your email correspondence ... incoming and
outgoing ... for future reference.
Your
filing rules can be based on information found within a message's
'From'/'To' field, 'CC' or 'BCC' field, 'Subject' field or the actual
'Body' of the message.
-
The
date on which a message was 'Received'/'Sent', as well as 'Flag'
settings, 'Importance' and presence of 'Attachments' can also play a
role in building your filing rules.
-
Combinations of the above conditions can be used
to implement your more advanced filing requirements.
- ... Combining the date
on which a message was received with other filing conditions helps you
keep messages in your "Inbox" until you consider them to be stale and
then they get filed away.
-
When
multiple conditions are defined, a message must satisfy everyone of
these conditions for it to be filed.
-
Supports your use of any version of a full MS
Outlook** client.
**Sorry, but Email Filing Wizard does not support your use of
Outlook Express.
